Once you have signed up to the site you will recieve an email to your specified email address – you will have to confitm this email before you will be able to post on the site.

When you are confirmed and have logged in you will be able to join groups that interest you. this will then inform you of updates to the group and also will include the group activity in your activity feed (the link at the top of the page) it will also enable you to post on the group forum.

Please note that through the forums link at the top you can see all the active forums over a period of time – but you will not be able to post on them unless you are a member of the group.

Any members you know or would like to know, you can add as a friend and once they accept you their activity will be shown in your activity feed.

The Blog button will give you access to any blogs that are active on the site – unfortunately due to idiot spammers to get your own blog is by request only now. Just send a PM to admin to get your blog setup.
